ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Growing up in the city of Chicago amid the iconic skyline, and lakefront breezes that shaped my love for the vibrant culture, diverse communities, and the relentless energy that defines the windy city. Whether exploring the art along the Magnificent Mile or soaking in the music scene on a summer night, my roots have taught me resilience, pride, and a knack for embracing life with a touch of Chicago-style humor.

I am now retired from the government sector and became a writer who draws from life’s experiences, transforming everyday moments into stories of hope, resilience, and encouragement. Writing is my therapy—a way to process, reflect, and heal—yet it never feels forced. I have written five compelling books. The stories flow naturally, as if they already exist somewhere and I am simply giving them voice. My work seeks to uplift, to remind readers of strength in adversity, and to offer gentle guidance through the challenges we all face. Through my writing, I celebrate the beauty in human experience and the quiet power of perseverance. My work is a reminder that even in tough times, there’s strength to be found and hope to hold onto.

Currently I live in the Southwest where the heat is intensely hot and dry. While exploring new horizons or reminiscing about the lakefront sunsets and skyline views, my Chicago roots remain the foundation of who I am today.
